Self-Service Kiosk
for Education Sector
We have developed software used by self-service totems aiming to streamline the use of different functionalities, as listed below. We can install them on third-party kiosks (already used in the restaurant), or make them available by leasing/selling our own equipment.
Different Functions
Self-service totems have different applications for use within the unit facility:
Users can purchase products directly at the kiosk with checkout process integrated into the device itself, eliminating the need for a cashier.
Satisfaction surveys aim to collect valuable customer feedback, and a kiosk democratizes access to this by saving responses even when internet connectivity is unavailable.
Users can request to reserve a specific dish for themselves on specific days and times.
Continuous development
With our in-house development team, we continuously implement improvements and periodically map out new features for the ongoing BackOffice enhancement.
-
Wallet Integration
While parents load an amount to be spent by their children via the wallet, the student can use their balance when making a purchase via the kiosk (keeping the settings created by their parents).
-
Offline operation
To capture responses and interactions from totems, our software allows saving information while offline. Once reconnected, it forwards all stored data.
